  1. Please comment on your overall satisfaction with the company: ()
My overall satisfaction has been faltering over the past 5 years. When I first joined up with YCI, I felt that the company was in a position to grow more expansively, but due to various missed opportunities, I feel the company has somewhat stagnated as of recently.

  2. What are things you would change about YCI? ()
More instant recognition of employees who go above and beyond the call.....less promises of things to come that don't always happen. Also, incentives like paid non-used sick days at the end of the year would promote better attendance.

  3. What are the best things about working for YCI? ()
Health Insurance, Vacation time, and advancement opportunities. I love the location as well and the transportation options to and from work.

YCI Is a great place to work for in general. The qualms I have are with upper management and are kept to myself for the most part.

  2. What are things you would change about YCI? ()
If our company made $100 million in profit last year because of the hard work of the employees, why aren't the employees rewarded better? A 3% raise is an insult. If the company really does value its employees, then it should prove it financially.

  3. What are the best things about working for YCI? ()
Benefits and Flex time are real incentives.

I have not been her long enough to be able to answer the questions with any accuracy. However, I can say that in the short time that I have been here I have heard that employees have not gotten their annual reviews nor pay raises that at least allow for the standard cost of living increases. This concerns me for obvious reasons. The question "will I be compensated for the amount of quality work and knowledge I bring to the table" is begging to be asked and answered. On a brighter note I do enjoy the people I work with and when I was hired I felt as though I was accepted with open arms.

  2. What are things you would change about YCI? ()
Corporate credit cards so that we don't have to use our own personal cards. We talk to customers about efficient ways of handling their operations (using corporate credit cards for example) and then we are using our personal cards.
